Installation is easy with this wall outlet, as it is compatible with most shower hoses with a 1/2-inch threaded connection. A 1/2-inch nipple should stick out about 5/8-inch from the wall for flush installation. Please note that hansgrohe recommends a licensed plumber install this product to ensure proper installation.
